Blood work came back from my recent doctor appointment.

Cholesterol is a little high at 207.
Good Cholesterol is at 32
Bad Cholesterol is high at 161.

Yea but considering the fact that my dad just had a heart attack and I weigh about 250 pounds, and I am only 5'6". That is to high for me. I am trying to control it with OTC Cholesterol meds.
